Our target and current limitations

Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We have used automated checks and browser-based keyboard tests to improve the public pages and selected agent and administrator tools.

These checks do not establish full conformance. Testing with people using screen readers and other assistive technology, as well as manual zoom, text-spacing, and high-contrast checks, is still needed. Some signed-in checks used sample responses to test the interface; live owner-only message and service-request workflows have not been verified end to end.

The third-party Google Maps and external property-search experience have not been fully reviewed. Our contact details are available without using the map, and you can contact us for help with a property search.
