Cheryl Davis has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 35 years and is a second-generation Realtor©. She is currently a Broker and Co-Owner of Cross Streets Realty, Inc. 

For the past twelve years, Cheryl has worked as a Real Estate Instructor and was previously the Director of Education for Florida Realtors. She currently Co-Owns Cross Streets Academy, Inc. School of Real Estate. 

Cheryl also works as a Disability Consultant helping people with disabilities and seniors retrofit their homes to make them accessible. She also serves as a disability advocate with several national organizations. Cheryl has a BSBA in Human Resources, an MBA in Accounting and Leadership, and a DBA (ABD) in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Brad Street has been practicing real estate since January 5th 2015. A second-generation Realtor© who has formerly worked at Re/Max, as well as Lokation Real Estate. Street joined the real estate field at 18 years old and is now a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. He is Co-Owner and managing broker of Cross Streets Realty, Incorporated.  

A former Firefighter EMT, Street worked on an ambulance through the COVID-19 pandemic. He found himself at a cross road after becoming a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. He let go of his position on the ambulance and pursued further education in the real estate field. 

Street became a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and helped create Cross Streets Academy, Inc. School of Real Estate. Street is a major proponent of further education on ethics and business practices in the field of real estate. He now Co-Owns Cross Streets Academy, Inc. School of Real Estate.

Street grew up living in various parts of the United States of America due to his father being in the Air Force. He has been able to apply his diverse life experiences into his real estate practices. His goal is provide a cohesive business environment and to help train the next generation of real estate agents.

Dr. Scott A. Herber is a distinguished professional with a unique blend of expertise spanning environmental science, public health, and property development. While renowned for his academic and ecological work, Dr. Herber has also carved out a specialized niche in commercial properties and waterfront residential real estate. His multidisciplinary background lends a distinct perspective to understanding the intersection of environmental stewardship and property development, making him a trusted advisor in these sectors.

Dr. Herber holds a Ph.D. in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology, complemented by advanced degrees in Marine Biology and Coastal Zone Management. He is also a Board Certified Ecologist through the Ecological Society of America and a Certified Wetland Delineator.  His comprehensive knowledge of environmental systems and coastal dynamics uniquely positions him to identify and enhance the value of properties situated in delicate waterfront and coastal zones. His work emphasizes sustainable development, ensuring that commercial and residential projects harmonize with ecological priorities and regulatory frameworks.

As the Director of the La Matilde Field Station in Colombia, South America, Dr. Herber oversees operations in one of the world’s most ecologically diverse regions. His leadership extends to facilitating research that directly informs sustainable property development practices, particularly in areas sensitive to environmental impact. His professional focus includes evaluating land use for commercial viability while preserving ecological integrity, ensuring long-term property value and community benefit.

Dr. Herber’s expertise is equally impactful in waterfront residential properties, where he combines his understanding of marine ecosystems with his commitment to design that respects natural landscapes. He has worked extensively on projects that address the unique challenges of coastal living, such as storm resilience, habitat restoration, and environmentally conscious building practices. His approach ensures that waterfront properties are not only aesthetically remarkable but also environmentally responsible and resilient to climate change impacts.

In addition to his environmental expertise, Dr. Herber has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets and overseen large teams, skills he applies to complex property projects. His experience as a grant writer and program leader further enhances his ability to secure funding and resources for innovative property developments that align with sustainable practices.

A Certified Ecologist and business owner, Dr. Herber has co-founded enterprises such as Integrative Environmental Solutions and the Herbarium Plant Nursery, where his passion for restoration and conservation extends into the practical realms of environmental resource permitting, Phase I environmental site assessments, and landscape design and restoration. His work integrates science and commerce, providing clients with actionable strategies for maximizing the potential of commercial and residential properties.
